PS Plus games for November: Dead Island 2, Tomb Raider IV–VI Remastered and Monster Train 2
Dead Island 2, Tomb Raider IV–VI Remastered and Monster Train 2 are the PlayStation Plus Monthly Games, available from November 3 to November 30.
Sony has named November’s PlayStation Plus Monthly Games: Dead Island 2, Tomb Raider IV – VI Remastered and Monster Train 2. According to the PlayStation Blog, all three are available to play from Tuesday November 3 to Monday, November 30.
That’s zombies, ancient relics and a deckbuilder on rails, so there’s a fair bit of range this month.
Dead Island 2 (PS5, PS4)
Los Angeles has been overrun by mutated zombies, and you’re dropped into what the game calls HELL-A. It’s a gory, pulpy action RPG where you take on quests across famous LA spots, meet some odd survivors and work through a big arsenal of inventive melee weapons to slice and smash the hordes.
You can explore solo or team up in online three-player co-op if you’d rather not face the undead alone.
Tomb Raider IV – VI Remastered (PS5, PS4)
This collection remasters the Darkness Trilogy: Tomb Raider: The Last Revelation, Tomb Raider: Chronicles and Tomb Raider: The Angel of Darkness. A nice touch is that you can flip between the original polygonal models and the remastered graphics whenever you like.
Monster Train 2 (PS5)
A single-player deckbuilding roguelite (a run-based game where you build a deck of cards and start fresh when you fail). You lead clans of former angels and demons aboard newly forged trains, battling through Hell, Heaven and the Abyss to take down the Titans who’ve seized Heaven.
There are five new clans to choose from, each with its own strengths, plus three vertical levels to defend. Expect to recruit units, upgrade cards and experiment a lot to survive.
Last chance for October’s games
If you haven’t grabbed October’s lineup yet, PlayStation Plus members have until Monday November 2 to add F1 25, Hunt: Showdown 1896 and Earth Defense Force: World Brothers 2 to their library.
