ATMOSFAR EA 1.0-4 hotfix fixes bug reporter, respawn issue and disables DLAA
ATMOSFAR's EA 1.0-4 hotfix fixes a bug reporter glitch and a Pearl Island respawn problem, and turns off DLAA while Apog asks for performance feedback.

Apog Labs has rolled out ATMOSFAR EA 1.0-4, a small hotfix that switches off DLAA settings for now, fixes a respawn problem in the tutorial section and tidies up the bug reporter. The studio says it plans a series of hotfixes and updates over the coming weeks as Early Access continues, and this is the first.
UI
- The bug reporting panel could, in rare cases, refuse to close until 30 seconds had passed. That’s fixed.
- DLAA up-scaling settings are temporarily disabled, because Apog says they had an inefficient effect on rendering.
Code
- Main discovery respawn locations on Pearl Island have been updated, so the player character no longer respawns back in the foundry facility.
- Research drives could be lost upon recovery. That’s been addressed too.
Performance feedback wanted
Apog says it has seen several reports of lacklustre performance, and it’s asking players to share details in the comments on the Steam news post. It’s after two things:
- Your hardware specs.
- Your graphics settings, including your average settings and whether you use any upscaling, and which one.
The studio says this will help with debugging and with delivering a more performant experience.
